We stayed overnight at the Ho-Chunk on a recent road trip. I would NOT recommend their services for a room block or shuttle service! Poor communication and service across the board. At that point, I was then told that I needed to sign a contract (which was never mentioned or sent to me when I had initially reached out almost a year ahead of time) in order to set up the shuttle service. After not hearing anything from them to set up pick up times, I emailed them a month before our wedding and was told they did not have me booked for a shuttle service so I referred them to the initial emails of discussing and setting up the shuttle for our reception.

As for the shuttle service, I had emailed the transportation department almost a year before our wedding to get something set up and was told that they would put us down for the date of our wedding. Eventually, I talked with a supervisor and started working with another individual who was much more pleasant and got us the contract in a matter of days. It took over a month to get our room block contract and the individual in charge of booking hotel groups at the time was hard to reach and was rude to me when she did call or email me back. I was less than impressed with the service that I received while booking a room block and shuttle service for our wedding.
